Saturday, July 13th, 2013 was the opening night of the Frederick Camera Clique’s 27th Annual Juried Photography Show. The show is hanging in the Mary Condon Hodgson Gallery at the Fredrick Community College in Frederick, Maryland. It runs from July 13th through September 4th, 2013. If you are in the area please stop in and see the show. All of the photographs are wonderful and I have four photographs in the show. They include: The Winding Room, The Hangman, Mossy Trail Reflection and Redemption. 

Two of my photographs, The Winding Room and The Hangman received Honorable Mention Awards. Both Judges, Scott Speck and Leo Lubow were in attendance. Mr. Lubow and Mr. Speck announced the winners and provided insight into the judging/selection process as well as valuable critiques of the photographs themselves. In regards to my photographs Mr. Lubow said that they reminded him of the old Twilight Zone show where the viewer is driving on a journey and at each stop along the way sees the Bowler Man, “like an old friend”. That was a very nice complement!
